AAPCC policies and programs are determined by the Board of Directors, composed of the officers of the Association (president, past-president, president-elect, secretary, treasurer) and eight directors. Elected at-large, Board of Directors members serve three year terms. Officers and the Board meet at least twice annually to conduct the Association's business.
