1999 AAPCC TESS Report There are two options to view the 1999 Annual Report. The first option allows viewing the entire report in a single file. This file is approximately 4 MB and takes a long time to load with a 56K modem. The second option splits the report into sections. This loads much more quickly but allows access to only that section.
